SonicPics Lite
Free or $2.99
Using pictures from a camera/computer loaded to the iPod/iPad or pictures created on the iPod in DoodleBuddy or other drawing app, add audio and create a "movie". The free version only allows for 2 or 3 pictures. Well worth the cost. Movies can be emailed to share or downloaded on a webpage. Sharing requires wi-fi.

This app has many possibilities. Audio flash cards could be created by students or teachers. Pictures created on the ipod or from PowerPoint saved as jpegs and transferred from computer with voice added make a great review or project creation tool.
